1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, the “Customer”) and OPSYRA (“OPSYRA”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operating the website and platform at https://opsyra.in (the “Platform” or “Service”). By registering for an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• “Account” — the registered account you create to access the Service.
• “Subscription” — a recurring paid plan (e.g. Starter, Growth, PRO) or a one-time paid product (e.g. an Audit report).
• “Your Website” — any website, domain, or web property you submit to the Service for analysis.
• “Output” — reports, audits, scores, recommendations, and AI-generated content the Service produces for you.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” refers to that entity.

4. Accounts & registration

• You must register using a valid business email address and complete email (OTP) verification.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your Account.
• You must notify us promptly at support@opsyra.in of any unauthorised use or security breach.

5. The Service

OPSYRA provides AI-driven search, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) intelligence. This includes crawling and analysing Your Website, scoring its AI-readiness, tracking visibility across supported AI answer engines, generating content recommendations, and producing AI-assisted content. Features, limits, and supported engines depend on your plan and may change over time.

No results guarantee. Search rankings, AI citations, and visibility outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (search engines, AI providers, your implementation, competition, and algorithm changes). We do not warrant or guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, citation, revenue, or business result.

6. Authorisation to analyse Your Website

You represent and warrant that you own, or are otherwise authorised to submit and analyse, every website and domain you add to the Service, and that doing so does not violate any third party’s rights or any applicable law or website terms. You are solely responsible for any website you submit.

7. Plans, billing & taxes

• Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (₹) through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card or banking details.
• All prices are exclusive of taxes. 18% GST (and any other applicable taxes) is added at checkout; you will see the full breakdown (base + GST = total payable) before paying.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, unless cancelled before renewal. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges via Razorpay until you cancel.
• One-time products (such as an Audit report) are charged once and are not recurring.
• We may change prices or plan features; changes apply to future billing cycles and we will give reasonable notice where required.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Free and trial offerings

We may offer a free teaser audit or free-tier features. These are provided “as is”, may be limited or rate-controlled, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice. We may run certain cost-bearing features (such as AI Visibility) only once or on a limited basis for free accounts.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful purpose;
• Submit websites you do not own or are not authorised to analyse;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, or create derivative platforms from the Service except as expressly permitted;
• Circumvent plan limits, billing, security, or access controls (including admin areas);
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or that you are not entitled to publish.

We may suspend or terminate Accounts that violate this section.

10. AI-generated content

Parts of the Output are produced using artificial intelligence and third-party AI models. AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated and must be independently reviewed and edited by youbefore publication or reliance. You are solely responsible for how you use the Output, including ensuring it is accurate, non-infringing, and compliant with applicable laws. As between you and us, you own the final Output you generate for Your Website, subject to your compliance with these Terms and the terms of the underlying AI providers.

11. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, design, models, scoring methodology, and branding, is owned by OPSYRA and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit (“Your Data”), and you grant us a licence to host, process, and analyse Your Data to provide the Service.

12. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including payment processing (Razorpay), AI models (such as OpenAI and Google Gemini), data providers (such as DataForSEO), email delivery, and optional Google Search Console integration. Your use of those features may also be subject to the relevant third party’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability may affect the Service.

13. Suspension & termination

You may cancel your Subscription at any time as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or abuse, or as required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (including payment, IP, disclaimers, and liability) survive.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/error-free operation. We do not warrant any particular SEO, ranking, traffic, or AI-visibility outcome.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPSYRA and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OPSYRA from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Data, any website you submit, your Output, or your breach of these Terms or any law.

17. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
